Train Wreck (Standalone)
by T. Gephart (Author)
This review is from: July 5, 2017 By Kay Daniels (Kindle Edition-Goodreads)
Eve Thorton’s life was unraveling fast. In one day her career in the art world suffered the ultimate blow of public criticism with job-tanking reviews and just when she thought she could turn to her live-in-boyfriend for comfort he conveniently was already seeking comfort with a woman named Kitty.
Yes, that’s right, I said Kitty.
Eve should have been more upset over finding her now, ex, cheating, but it only seemed fitting considering her day had turned to crap.
Her art had been labeled as “having no emotion, no passion, and no originality”. Perhaps the critics were right. Oliver seemed to have no problem finding someone with emotion and bringing her back to Eve’s apartment. Who by the way was still sitting there staring at her. Awkward.
Eve needed to take back her life, but did she want the emotionless, passionless one back?
That was when Kitty spoke up, and began removing her clothes. Did I mention this is the part things get extra awkward and just a bit crazy, oh, and also really, really good.
So, grab some wine and jump aboard this Train Wreck. You will enjoy watching what happens as Eve takes this journey of self discovery. Also, I have to say, if every book boyfriend was as sexy, understanding, and compassionate as Josh Logan is, oh boy, what an amazing world we’d live in.
Train Wreck is due out July 10th
