Is taking a one-night stand to your sister’s wedding a good idea?

It might be if you know your mother basically threatened you with death if you didn’t show up with a date. Well, perhaps Poppy Dunn was being a bit over dramatic, but once you meet her mother (and the rest of her family) you might understand the corner she was backed into.

A four day fling was all she was asking and shockingly enough the one night stand…what’s his name again…oh, yes, Adam! It’s okay, he doesn’t remember Poppy’s name the morning after either. Anyway, he agrees to go with her to a weekend, away, wedding.

Why you may ask?

Is he a glutton for punishment?

Perhaps he likes a side of crazy with his omelet in the morning. Seriously who doesn’t like it sprinkled in their morning coffee? Hands anyone?

I mean what does Poppy know about this guy anyway except that he has a magic stick in the sack and beyond that it certainly isn’t what she ever expects when the weekend kicks off.

To make matters worse, as if they could get worse when it comes to seeing her family, Adam’s deal to be her fake boyfriend goes just a little too well. Poppy isn’t prepared for when the weekend is ready to end. Fake or not this can’t be more than just a four day fling, can it?
