Goldie and George the Gnome are back in this Montana small town romance that will have you laughing, sighing, and just plain falling in love.

With each installment of Vanessa Vale’s Montana small town romance I fall a little deeper in love with her characters. The entire series is amazing and I just can’t get enough.

In Montana Wild, Violet Miller receives a call from a former lover in desperate need of her help. Well….actually he calls wanting help from Violet’s twin sister Veronica, but she is conveniently on vacation with her new boyfriend Jack, so he takes what he can. He is desperate after all (at least that is what Violet hears).

You see, Violet has been holding a silent torch for Mike “Oz” Ostranski since high school. A lumberjack size of a man she holds all others to, but she has never told anyone, not even her twin sister. So when his call of desperation comes in where he asks for a pretend girlfriend, Violet agrees. Sure he asked for Veronica, so he wasn’t exactly holding any torches for Violet for the past decade, ouch, but that would make the charade that much easier when it was all said and done. Right?

Easy Peasy….

That was until Violet lands in Alaska and things escalate quickly. Their lie meant to keep a crazy woman away and Mike’s grandchildren-crazy mother at bay grows beyond their control especially when Goldie arrives and it moves into a DEFCON 1 situation. What will they do when they can no longer contain what they’ve started, give in to what they feel for each other or go back to where they politely avoided one another?

Another great addition to an already fun and easy read of the Montana series. If you are a fan of Goldie, you will adore her meddling in this book.
