Charity Ferrell – and Just Neighbors

Every day, my neighbor tells me to have a good morning.
Every day, I tell him to f*ck off.

I absolutely loved this book. Then I hated it for making me so emotional. But then I went right back to loving it.” — Nerdy, Dirty & Flirty
“The entire spectrum of feelings can be felt while reading Just Neighbors.” — Melanie, Goodreads review
A true moment of – Wow, I was not expecting that! – made this an exceptional read and had me searching for everything Charity Ferrell has ever written to add to my TBR pile.” Read the rest of Kay’s Review: Just Neighbors

An enemies to lovers romance in the Blue Beech series…

“Five days out of the week, my mornings consist of showering, pouring myself a cup of coffee, and then walking outside to fuck with Chloe before she leaves for work. I consider it our cute little routine.
She most likely thinks of it as a prologue to the day she murders my ass.”

Every day, my neighbor tells me to have a good morning.
Every day, I tell him to f*ck off.
Kyle Lane is the town’s hottest cop.
He’s also the man I’ve despised since high school.
Each morning, he stands on his porch with an annoying smirk on his perfect face.
He’s made it his life’s mission to get under my skin.
Until one day, he’s no longer on his porch but on mine.
He claims he wants to redeem himself for ruining my reputation.
My instincts tell me to stay away, but with each morning he shows up, it becomes harder and harder to resist his charm.
I was never supposed to fall in love with my neighbor and once he finds out my secret, we’ll forever be enemies.

This may have been the fourth book in the Blue Beech series, but it can be read as a complete standalone. With that being said, I have already gone back and read Just Exes and LOVED it!! And I will be reading the other books in the series as well when time permits. She has become a one click author for me and I hope she becomes one for you too.
