For fans of this series, people were waiting for Logan Green to finally get his HEA. I was one of those people as Logan became a character that was near and dear to my heart. I fell in love with Bliss almost a decade ago and I love rereading each book as it’s like revisiting an old friend.

Back from the beginning, Logan was the goofball, never wanted to grow up or take anything seriously, but also so super sweet you couldn’t help but like the character. In a town full of menage pairings, BDSM, killings that equated to large body counts, a nudist camp, alien encounters, and other strange events I’m sure I’m forgetting, Logan was the eternal optimist among the strange and bizarre. Known for his famous line of “Please, don’t tell my mom’s” when Logan usually did something dumb or found himself in trouble, that particular quote always put a smile right on my face.

Everything changed when that innocent trouble turned to brutalization and Logan was traumatized from the events that occured when he discovered the world wasn’t exactly nice and heroes don’t always spring to life like in the comic books he used to read. I think I can say it broke every readers heart to see Logan change from the lanky kid to the hardened man, but it was the necessary transformation that lead us to the Dom he became in Back In Bliss.

As much as I missed his goofy smiles and comedy relief, his hardcore Dom was uber sexy. Logan finally came into his own and like a lot of Bliss stories he wasn’t alone in finding romance.

Seth Stark is Logan’s best friend. Every summer Seth returned to Bliss to spend the summer with his grandfather, but more importantly he spent it with Logan. At some point in their youth they realized they wanted to find a woman and share her together. It was a thing that just was, like knowing you wanted children or not. However, things progressed a little differently than Seth had planned and when they didn’t attend college together or even spend the last few years of their lives together, Seth, being the planner that he was, began to move the chess pieces anyway and counted on Logan playing along. He wasn’t quite prepared for the changes in Logan or even for hurricane Georgia.

Georgia Dawson is in love two men. The Prince in a suit – Seth and the Beast in khaki’s – Logan. They both are different and both of them make her heart melt. The only problem, Seth wants forever and Logan only wants right now. These men were best friends, how could this ever work if she is only viewed as a play thing. If Seth has his way she’d be a china doll taken out and used on occasion, she’s been there, done that, she wants more from him. She also wants Logan for more than just a few days, but he doesn’t seem willing to give it. How can she bridge the gap between these two men who seem to need her? She’d give them anything if they only work together.

Georgia sets about to bring these two men together, Logan hopefully to heal his old wounds and Seth down to a level where he gets out of his own head once in awhile. She falls in love with the town, like we all have at one point or another. Lexi/Sophie does a great job through Georgia’s eyes introducing us to Bliss locals, hangouts, and customs. While through Logan’s tortured past memories we get glimpses of who he was and meet his friends/families and even new children living in Bliss as well.

Back In Bliss is a homecoming, a healing, and a sensual loving relationship between people who really care for one another. I’m so excited that Lexi is updating and bringing this world into her other ones and I can’t wait to see what happens next in one of my favorite towns.

Review – Need You Now by Molly O’Keefe

Need You Now (Standalone in the Debt series)
by Molly O’Keefe (Author)

This review is from: September 2, 2019 By Kay Daniels
Heat Level:🔥🔥🔥🔥

Need You Now is a complete standalone inside The Debt world (Tommy, Beth, Simon, Rosa and Carissa at St. Jokes!) In the home of St. Judes or St. Jokes the five children live through unspeakable things and yet they all come out with a bond and owing a debt after one hellish night of escape.

This is the third story in The Debt series that features Rosa and her boyfriend Marco (Yes, I realize this is the 4th book, but I’ll argue that the first two books was really 1 story since it was a duet). Of the five children this book in particular can be read as a standalone without having read the prior ones. Molly does a fantastic job of interweaving the past with the present so you get a sense of what the children went through without having to have read the entire plot line. However, the series is really fantastic, so if you haven’t read it, I highly encourage you to do so.

Need You Now is a new adult, second chance love story about a girl that originally only has two goals in life; have a healthy baby and making sure that baby gets with Marco, the baby daddy. Once she actually achieves the miraculous escaping of St. Jokes, which helps in achieving the custody part and also sets her on the path of having a healthy baby, she doesn’t know what to do with the rest of her life, considering she is a convicted felon and is separated from Marco and her child for four years. Life seems bleak when she’s only ever had two goals and she’s never really had much of a future.

Marco has only ever loved Rosa. His entire life has been built around the future of her in it. When she doesn’t return to him after her release from prison he is a torn man. Not only is he a single father, but he finds that he might be at the end of waiting for his life to begin. When a mysterious man appears offering up information on where Rosa is working Marco has a decision to make, find his future, or continue to wait for his future to find him.

Need You Now is explosive with a huge punch in the emotions!! If you loved The Debt series then you will love this story.

Blog Tour – KISS ME NOT by Emma Hart

What do you do when you’re the reigning kissing booth champion but the only person you want to kiss is your best friend’s brother?

Kiss Me Not, an all-new hilarious brother’s best friend romance from New York Times bestselling author Emma Hart is available now!

Pageflex Persona [document: PRS0000035_00027]

Let me make this clear right here, right now: I, Halley Dawson, do not care that Preston Wright is kissing other women.

Not a lick. Not at all. Nuh-uh-freakin’-uh.

I do care that he’s doing it six feet away from me behind a gaudy velvet curtain—making him my competition in this year’s kissing contest.

Why do I care, you ask? Because I’ve had an unfortunate crush on the insufferable idiot since I was sixteen years old, but I also know it’s never going to happen.

He’s the Creek Falls bachelor to die for, and I’m the Creek Falls racoon lady who puts peanut butter sandwiches out for them every night.

I’m not going to let him break my four-year-long reign—no matter how many times he breaks the rules and slides the curtain across to do the one thing he’s not allowed to:

Kiss me.

“I never answered your question.”

“What question?” I darted my eyes to the side.

“Just now. You asked me if I wanted to kiss you.”

I did, didn’t I? Right. “Oh,” was all I said.

Slowly, he moved his hand to my chin and gently lifted it. Still, I didn’t look at him, keeping my eyes firmly trained on the front of the tent, even though I was facing him.

“I want to kiss you.”

My eyes darted to his.

“I thought that’d do it.” His lips twitched, and he lowered his head until I had to fight the urge to close my eyes in anticipation of the kiss that was coming.

I swallowed, my lips parting.

Preston moved closer.

And he kissed my cheek.

I jerked out of whatever trance I’d just been in. “What the hell?”

He jumped off the stage, grinning. “I guess we’ll have to wait until tomorrow to break the stalemate, won’t we?”

“Oh, hell no!” I jumped off, stalking him to his side of the stage. “You just stood there in front of me and told me you want to kiss me, then kiss my cheek? The hell was that?”

His eyebrows shot up, amusement flashing in his eyes. “If I didn’t know better, I’d think you wanted to kiss me, too.”

“Irrelevant,” I shot back. “But you’re a special kind of asshole to tell a girl you wanna kiss her and then not do it.” I turned around, then stopped. “You know what? When I beat you tomorrow, you can kiss my ass.”

“You’re way too mad about this.”

“I’m not mad!” My voice raised a few octaves. “I couldn’t care if you want to kiss me or not. I most certainly don’t want to kiss you.”

“Why are you shouting at me?”

“I’m not—” I was shouting at him. “Whatever,” I said in a normal voice. “Make sure you take that money to the bank. Tell Tish I sent you.”

I left him on his side of the curtain and went to get my purse. He could get fucked. After all that where I think I was so damn nervous I broke a sweat, he didn’t even kiss me.

I wasn’t lying with what I said.

He could kiss my ass.

I’d even wear my good panties and bend over for him.
