Paisleigh Aumack was born in Red Bank, New Jersey. She grew up in a small barrier island town and lived there most of her life. She has always loved music, going as far as being a trained musician. Her tastes in music range all over the board, but currently, her heart belongs to country music.

Kyle Hunter will forever go down as my absolute favorite sarcastic, dirty talking, book boyfriend. Rai Sokolov on the other hand isn’t so thrilled to be Kyle’s obsession. She goes back and forth between wanting to set him free and wanting to ride him till sunrise. Rai has her own game to play in this second half of the story and she wants vengeance for learning about Kyle’s deception. It all comes down to – how long can these two keep circling, poking each other without eventually hurting the other, permanently?

There are lots of pieces that fall into place and the story keeps flowing around this dynamic couple as they handle the ups and downs of their marriage, but ultimately will their marriage survive until the end?

SCORE for the win in this new hockey romance!! I loved the snarky humor right from the start and was drawn into this new world that involves so many other authors.

Lex Vonne is a total sweetheart, hands down hard worker, and all around nice guy. He came to Moo U to play hockey, but he’s working harder than most guys to move up the line and stay on the team. He started later than most of his teammates only beginning in high school, but he has natural ability when it comes to playing. Deep down Lex wonders if it is enough to take him all the way so he doesn’t afford himself distractions outside of the rink, but when a huge one actually steps inside and surrounds the team day in and day out, it’s tough not to notice.

Kaitlyn Dalager is used to people using her to get to her famous father. It’s put a sour taste in her mouth for most men, the sport of hockey, and her outlook in life. She’s been let down more times than she can count, given her current state where she needs a job since her father has currently cut off her funds, unfortunately the one job available is between diapering babies or equipment manager of the hockey team. As much as she doesn’t like hockey, she almost chooses diapers, but she really doesn’t like poop.

Lex and Kaitlyn have an intense chemistry, but it grows from their passion of the game. Lex’s intense need to be better and Kaitlyn’s love-hate relationship that is deep rooted inside her. They may appear to others to be complete opposites, but really they are more alike and actually like each other more than they let on as well. I love how they both see the need to help one another and they go about it in silent ways. It’s sweet and endearing, but also for their strong willed personalities it’s perfect.

Rebecca’s sports romances are always top notch and she knocked another ace in the hole with this addition to the Moo U world.

Synopsis:

I’m banished to Vermont for a scandal that wasn’t my fault, and broke because my famous father cut me off. And did I mention my roommate stole my boyfriend? Yeah, I’m loving my Moo U experience.

Now I need a job, because this gel manicure won’t upkeep itself. The only available option is the last one I’d ever want–a job as the hockey team’s equipment manager. My plan is to do the bare minimum, get paid, and find my way back into my father’s good graces.

I will not get involved with a hockey player, no matter how hot. They’re cocky. And obnoxious. I know their type, and I’m not willing to risk getting hurt again. Until Lex Vonne glides into my life looking like sin on a stick.

He thinks I’m a spoiled brat.
I think he’s using me to get ahead.
