I pucking loved this book!! I pucking laughed, I pucking sighed, I pucking fell in love with all the characters. It’s easy to say I pucking loved every little thing contained between the pages of I Pucking Love You.

Laughing out loud is pretty much a given when I’m reading a Pippa Grant book. I laughed a ton reading I Pucking Love You from beginning to end, along with some serious swooning while Muffy and Tyler fell in love. This couple both tickled my funny bone and melted my heart from start to finish and I have to say they rank pretty high as one of my all time favorite couples that Pippa has written.

Tyler Jaeger is smart, sweet, sensitive all while being a tough as nails hockey player. However, he also has a little problem that he believes only Muffy can help solve, especially when he traces his issue back to her. He just doesn’t know what he’s signing up for when he agrees to help her out and that it will involve facing his greatest fear…P.S. Tyler is absolutely the BEST!!

Muffy Periwinkle needs a fake date, not any kind of fake date, but one for a funeral. Who put the fun in funeral…no one. No one ever put the fun in those, but with Tyler by her side she just might survive it and she also may end up enjoying it more than she would have thought, especially with a hunky hockey player by her side. P.S.S. Muffy is a disaster and I love her mess to death!!

This couple is quirky and so darn adorable, both apart and together, it’s seriously hard not to fall in love with both of them. Everyone around them will make great stories going forth as this world just keeps getting better. I Pucking Love You is a joy to read, with ton’s of LOL moments, another Pippa hit!

We pick up where The Art of Falling For You ended, Dare & Bay come face to face after 4 years apart and I have to say I’m not emotionally ready to talk about this book now or ever…what has Maya done to me…I just want to curl up in a ball and cry for the near and foreseeable😭

Heart Wrenching doesn’t even begin to scratch the emotional brokenness of this book. Dare is a broken man and I’m so weepy over him…Dare has touched a part of me that hit an emotional nerve.

Ok, pulling myself together…

This is the second book in the Falling trilogy, which I know is always the toughest road in any trilogy. Things always get worse before they get better, deep down I know this, but dang, Maya really gave us a bumpy road. This entire series is truly her best work to date. I personally have been hit with the feels hard (if you couldn’t tell) while reading this trilogy more than any of her prior works.

While Dare was twisting up my insides, Bay was bringing out my ragy side. I tried my best to hold back my judgment and anger and instead tried to place myself in her shoes. It helped to remember why she was filled with anger and hurt and that just four years ago she didn’t know why Dare lashed out and destroyed her father’s guitar. She took his rage personally which at the time also set her back once again as a singer and totally crushed her spirit. Bay already suffered from singing in front of people which only compounded once again when his anger was unleashed. Her love turned to shame, self loathing, losing trust in the boy she fell in love with and wondering if he was playing her for a fool the whole time. So while I was angry for how she treats Dare through a lot of this book while he works so hard at apologizing, I kept those reminders close at hand.

All Dare wants to do is apologize, get back in Bay’s good graces and if there is any chance, have a second chance with the only girl he’s ever loved again. He has his work cut out for him since she would rather cut him out of her life, but if there is one thing Dare is not, he’s not a quitter. Four years ago, Bay didn’t stick around to talk to Dare, but now that they have a month together Dare won’t waste another opportunity, even if he doesn’t sleep, or he has to break rules to do it.

I had several moments where I wanted to clam slap Bay a bit and I want to cuddle huddle with Dare through most of this book. As the book ended and I was left in an emotional mess, these questions ran through my mind; Are they really good for each other? Should they just forgive and forget? Can things work when their goals are moving in opposite directions? Can love mend all wounds?

Maya has really strung me out with this book and I can hardly wait a month for the third book, but until then I’ll be huddled up in a corner…crying.😭❤️
