Siobhan Davis’ most emotional book to date!! This book includes high intensity, cliff diving emotions where it was almost impossible to read through all of my tears.

Just when you think your heart can’t squeeze anymore or that your throat can’t choke back any more of your tears, another emotional moment happens and suddenly the words blur on the page and you have to stop anyway because you can no longer read what’s in front of you. This happened over and over again while reading the second half of this duet. I was truly an emotional mess. I’m normally a quick reader, but until someone invents windshield wipers for my eyeballs, I had to stop multiple times because it was a tropical storm happening right in front of my face making it impossible to read or even breathe.

Let Me Love You is real in a way that connected to pieces of my life which made those waterworks fall over and over. At the heart and center of the story is Vivian. She is loved, and loves, by two men who are very different, but who are also quite similar. There is a reason for that connection and why it runs so deep, but I’ll let you discover why and how she gets to her final choice. It’s obviously emotional and truly a beautiful story. Can I mention how touching it was one more time? I need a moment to go wipe my face…

My absolute favorite part of this entire book is Vivian’s son, Easton. He is a shining jewel throughout the second half of this duet. His brilliant personality and inquisitive mind not only made me laugh, but he also brought tears to my eyes multiple times. Children truly make life better.

If you love an emotional book, then I HIGHLY recommend this duet. It’s worth every tear!!
