Fated is full of sweet moments, exciting moments, more myth and more questions that are both answered and left to be answered. It’s a full ride of emotions that I can’t wait to finish in the final book and then perhaps I can put my heart back in my chest.

Set all morals aside and jump into this adrenaline filled ride; it’s bloody, full of antiheros, psychopaths, and page turning plot. It was AWESOME!

We have Corvus, Rook, and Grey, three adopted brothers, otherwise known as The Crows, who all attend Briar Hall Academy and are members of the Thorn Valley gang. Ava Jade is no stranger to gangs or town bullies, she knows how to hold her own coming from nothing and learning how to defend herself. A darkness lives inside of her that she tries to keep a lid on once she begins to attend Briar Hall, but it doesn’t take long for that swirling darkness to unleash, especially the longer she spends time in the company of The Crows.

Each twisted character is unique and their compass morally corrupt in their own fascinating way, I loved peeling back the layers to discover more about how they tick.From start to finish this book is not only fascinating, but thrilling with how the plot all layered together.

Crooked Crows is dark and so very twisted, I loved it. While Ava Jane is attracted to all three boys, this first book is spent building lots of tension between the four of them, which actually helps build the overall suspense of the entire plot.

There is a lot more to come between these four characters and I really can’t wait to see what happens as more of the mystery about where they came from is uncovered and as we delve more into the underbelly of Thorn Valley. I’m seriously very excited to experience more of their broken darkness.
