Fun and flirty, Wildcat launches a new generation of hot hockey players to fall in love with.
Have you ever met someone you’ve instantly connected with, felt like you’ve known for years, or bonded with immediately? Leo Lohan and Scarlett Miller have that from the very moment they meet one another and their one hot and perfect night together should have been the start of something great….instead it was the start of every – what not to do after you meet someone – tale. It’s super cute and I loved this entire book.
Leo is normally a stable guy, smart and hard working. He hasn’t had a one-night stand in quite a long time, and when he catches the eye of Scarlett he wasn’t looking for a one and done, but unfortunately his crazy hockey schedule made it where he didn’t contact her after their amazing night together. When he finally had a moment to stop and think about how much time had actually passed, not only did he felt horrible, but he also ran into her again, at his coach’s house. Oops.
Can they work past this dating faux pas? Not if Scarlett has anything to say about it. She doesn’t date sports players. Been there and still recovering from the scars of that huge life mistake. Can she forget about the smexy Leo, not when she suddenly sees him everywhere and everyday. She loves delicious eye candy, but when did life begin working against her?
Wildcat is the perfect blend of flirty, fun, with a splash of angst that continually brings me back to Jenshak’s books, but this one in particular had me turning pages so fast I never wanted to leave and then I hated how fast I read the book. This new world, contains a new group of guys to fall in love with, who are not only fun when they all hang out together, but the glimpses we get into their personalities and backgrounds already…well, I’m terribly excited to return over and over again.
I met my dream girl.
That’s right. She’s stunning and the worst bartender I’ve ever seen.
I should have gone home and gone to sleep—dream girl or not. I had an early morning and the season was starting soon. But when she threatened me with boy band karaoke I couldn’t help myself. I went. The stars aligned.
I have never felt more alive or wanted anyone more than I want her.
When it’s time for me to head on my annual pre-season boys trip, I barely let her go.
It’s been a week and I can’t stop thinking about her.
Except there she is. Right here at the Wildcat’s kickoff party.
And as luck would have it, my dream girl is the coach’s youngest daughter.
But everyone knows the coach’s daughter is off limits. Right?
Wildcat is a full-length sports romance with a hot-as-puck hero, the coach’s daughter, and an unfortunate case of mistaken identity.
The Wildcats are the youngest team in the NHL. On the ice, they’re cocky, determined, and ready to take the league by storm. Off the ice? They’re always up for a wild time.
