Sweetly adorable mixed with snort-out-loud comedy, this book will light you up and keep you smiling the whole way through.

Hayes Rutherford and Begonia Fairchild are one of those couples that make you sweetly sigh over and over again. There are so many touching moments wrapped in laughter, but tucked right in between those comedic times are sweet and loving moments that truly made me melt.

Hayes does not people, he’s grouchy, aloof, and certainly not looking for love. However, in his social circles everyone is looking at him like a grade-A side of beef since he’s the last eligible bachelor, but he just wants to be left alone. It’s understandable why he’s grumpy, when everywhere he goes he never knows who is going to be thrown at him as the next bachelorette, he just wants to live his life, so when he heads to his sanctuary to be alone and finds someone squatting there, he isn’t exactly on his best behaviour. On top of a woman, who never seems to stop talking, she has an over-helpful dog, that he’s majorly allergic to. His life just seems to get better and better.

Begonia is a people person and didn’t mean to rent a home under false pretenses, so when Hayes Rutherford proposes a crazy idea, she really didn’t have a leg to stand on, especially after her dog, Marshmallow, damages a rare statue. Sweet, sweet Marshmallow.  It doesn’t take Begonia long to become empathic to Hayes plit and in turn Hayes notices the little things in Begonia’s world. The little things that mean big things to both of them.

A fake relationship turns into something more, even when neither one of them was looking for more. Begonia just wants a simple life, trying to find joy and adventure, while relearning who she is again. A billionaire is not simple, but Hayes might just change her mind as he wiggles his grouchy self into her heart.

These two are super dreamy for all of the little things that add up to one of Pippa’s best books. Like I said I was sighing and swooning over and over again.

TLEB Blurb

Emotionally unavailable doesn’t even begin to describe my new fake boyfriend. He’s cold. He’s distant. He has more defenses than a nuclear missile silo. And he’s the ultimate catch of the century. At least, according to his bank statement.

My job’s simple: Keep Hayes Rutherford’s matchmaking relatives and all interested ladies away from the cranky, grumpy, walled-off heir to my favorite movie empire, and in return, he won’t ruin my life over a teensy, tiny little misunderstanding.

But the more I sneak past Hayes’s walls and fences, the more I realize that while we might be from different worlds, we have more in common than either of us expected. The man under all the glitz, glamour, and dollar signs could be the real love of my life.

But you know what they say about fake dating a billionaire—it’s all fun and games until the scandals start.

The Last Eligible Billionaire is a swoony, laugh-out-loud romance featuring a botched wax job, a woman in over her head, a man in over his heart, and the sweetest misguided dog to ever play matchmaker…or at least make sure these two anti-love birds never have clothes when they get out of the shower.

A new stand alone romantic comedy from Pippa Grant.

Arriving March 3rd, 2022…
