Damon Pierce is a known Dom within the Violent Delights club, run by none other than Lucian Morelli. Does Sophia, Lucian’s younger sister, feel odd seeking pleasure where her brother could potentially see her, not really, it actually brings her a sense of comfort knowing her brother runs a safe club and if anything bad were to happen to her, he’d always step in and take care of her.

Damon doesn’t back down when Sophia enters his sights, even knowing that she’s Lucian’s sister. He’s drawn to her and her submissive side, even when she can’t admit she had submissive tendencies herself.

This is the first book in this trilogy and it dives right into the smexy end of things between the leading couple. There wasn’t a lot of build up or deep dive development between them before the clothes were shed, but there is more of an underlying story that progresses after the nekky times.

Honestly the intrigue that was just beginning at the end of the book fascinated me more than the power play between them in the BDSM club. A 4.5 star read overall.

January’s stepmother, Corinne Whitehall, is everything that evil step-monsters embody. When that woman reappears a ripple effect begins, but truth be told, it just makes the story juicier and ripe with tension while everyone is left wondering what will happen next. Everyone knows that Corinne’s presence is never good news and all of January’s men will do anything to protect the woman they love.

This book is intensely hot, full of twists, that left me right on the edge of my seat. I still went back and forth on choosing my favorite guy, although I still love Doc’s crazy something fierce and Eli’s steadfast consistently is something to treasure as well. I’m not sure what that says about me and the two opposite extremes, but I love the other two trapped right in the middle as well. Hence, why choose is always a favorite of mine.

Lace Vengeance and the Snow White trilogy is an excellent addition to the Midnight Dynasty series along with the perfect steamy read for why choose fans.

The final book in this thrilling trilogy and it was everything I was hoping for!

For Carter, a man used to being in control, coming back home throws him off kilter. Carter never had trouble leaving his family even when his job could have taken away everything or everyone he knew. That is until he fell in love and realized that his love for Theo and June could be used as a liability and his loves could be killed because of what he does. He struggles a lot with second guesses and life choices, it’s very un-Carter-like, but also necessary. His self realization hits him hard, but made the whole story feel complete.

Theo has come a long way from the wild man we first meet in the jungle. His soul is connected to the earth and his heart is wide open, which was a beautiful thing to read, but more than anything I love how he fit with both June and Carter. His submission, for normally being so powerful was a great twist, while he was also was so gentle with June. Theo stole my heart.

As for June she is the sweetener that binds these strong men together. Her passion hasn’t changed from book one, where she isn’t afraid to go toe to toe with Carter and she will seek out Theo to curl up with when he needs it most. She’s the perfect blend they both need.

This trilogy was a great addition to the Midnight Dynasty series and this last book especially had a great reunion with all the siblings coming out to support Carter.

This was one of the less angsty stories in the Midnight Dynasty world, but no less worthy to be there. Eva and Finn are a power couple that just work together and I love how this final book came together. It was the perfect way to end this trilogy.

Dementia and Alzheimer’s is real and sad and there is currently no cure for this debilitating disease. It’s one that Finn has faced knowing that it runs in his family and it’s coming for him. This is book two in the dark, twisted Snow White trilogy and needs to be read in order. Silk Malice picks up in steam and progresses in character development for every single person.

While January shed a ton of her shyness throughout this story, it was actually Doc who shocked me the most and I loved watching him change from beginning to end. He was still his dominating, dirty self, but as his feelings grew stronger for January, his threats to her just shifted and it was great. We don’t get a ton of time with Adriano, since he was shot at the end of book one, but the giant of a man is there and very much a part of January’s life. Bobby probably changed the least, but he was always all in when it came to January and that was actually a comfort when it came to this over the top, dominating gang. His sweetness was needed when January needed it the most and it offset Doc’s crudeness or Eli’s harsh strictness.

Aside from the growing and shifting of how the relationship between all of five of them will work, the main focus is how to release January from her disgusting fiancé, Mr. Parker. He’s vile and I’m happy that Velvet House is there to help January escape his clutches.

This is book two and their story will conclude in the final book, Lace Vengeance.

Coercion picks right up where we left Will and Bristol after book two with her twin siblings, Mia and Ben, missing.

Coercion is full of outside emotional tension that only seems to solidify the foundation of who Will and Bristol have become together and also build on what a future looks like for them going forward. It’s really a great finish to their story.

There were so many great moments that touched my heart in this book, it’s really hard to pick just one. Touching on just a few…When Will talks Mia through a panic attack…be still my heart. The inside view Will has as he opens up his heart to Mia about how his brother Emerson experiences them requires tissues. Lots of tissues. Then when Emerson comforts Mia…and for anyone who has read his trilogy, this is not his area of expertise, so once again…be still my heart. Lord I could go on and on because this is a wonderful and emotional book.

Now I can’t wait for Sin’s story and what will he bring to the Leblanc fold. I can hardly wait.

A heart pounding read for so many reasons!! Non-stop action, intense emotions, wild weather, and wicked chemistry between not just two people, but three.

I kept wondering through the entire book…how will they come out of this alive?After the cliffhanger from book one, I wasn’t sure how the three of them would even see each other again much less survive the wrath of the wild jungle, but leave it up to a Morelli and that family makes anything possible while looking downright sinful doing it.

Carter and Theo work together to get June back after she’s taken from the island. That’s right, Carter works with the man who, when book one ended helped in June’s capture, but there is so much underlying to Theo and his backstory. Understanding him and his intentions…ugh…I fell for the guy BIG time as the story progressed.

All I want to say about Carter…imagine 007 crossed with Indiana Jones, but in Morelli form…yummy!! It totally makes me want to be June, who by the way is the perfect glue for these two men. She understands the intensity in both of their characters. While Carter may wear his on his sleeves in a refined form, Theo’s is raw and untapped and June’s ability to view them and understand them for who they are is quite precious. She is the perfect softness for both of these alpha men.

This book is intense, filled with non-stop action and quite the cliffhanger. I can hardly wait to dive back in to find out how it all concludes.

Jumping right into where we left Bristol and Will in Blackmail, Bristol is trying to move on after Will literally left her jobless and walked away from anything that involved his feelings…so when a new temp job takes her to the same building where Will also happens to work, could it be fate trying to reconnect what he broke?

Bristol is sassily delicious and yes, I’m totally sticking with that word. While she never was a wallflower before Will sold his company, she really takes control of what she wants now that Will is in her path again. Getting the smallest of smiles from him, opening up, it’s the small things she realizes that make everything worthwhile and she knows she wants more and more, especially his side that he refers to as the monster.

Will still tries to keep Bristol at arms length, while pulling her in over and over again, so as much as he wants to keep her, his inner monster will only destroy her. He couldn’t live with himself if he destroys her…but, letting her go becomes more difficult every single day. Especially when she engrains her life into his and the more she does the more he can’t imagine a life without her.

Between the Anderson twins, Will’s brothers, and the interconnection between the other Midnight Dynasty stories, and just getting even more in depth with Will and Bristol, I was so drawn into this book that I really didn’t want it to end. Although, that ending!!!!! GAH!! Yeah, another reason why I never wanted the book to end because now I’m dying and need answers!

In this fairytale retelling of Snow White, it’s a twisted ride into dark desires, wicked games and a thin line between life and death.

A pretty face doesn’t always mean a good person is hiding underneath and age doesn’t always equal wisdom…it’s a lesson that January Whitehall learns the hard way. January has lived an extremely sheltered life. Sold into an arranged marriage at the age of eight, under the constant eye of bodyguards, she’s never lived a life like a normal child. It isn’t until her wedding day that everything changes and at the hands of four men that her entire world turns upside down.

As a character, January grew on me. She didn’t start off strong or full of knowhow, instead it was through her strength of character, her never ending pool of faith in believing in herself, that I grew to respect her. That in itself surprised me and I love surprises when reading. She’s incredibly naive about the world, but it’s that purity that draws the men to her along with her inner strength. Like I said, she surprised me and that part of the story I really enjoyed.

Each man who has a hand in opening up her sheltered world, they are all completely different in how they handle her; Domenico “Doc” Valente, Roberto “Bobby” Bassilotta, Adriano Rossi, and Elliot “Eli” Morelli.  While they have been friends for years, their goal wasn’t to kidnap January, but to destroy her fiance, Parker. However, now that they have possession of her, things within their friendship shift and change as well. Is it for the better, for the worse, or are we at the beginning of this crazy ride? I haven’t yet figured out if I have a favorite, but there are moments that hit me harder and like any RH, my favorite kept shifting.

Velvet Cruelty is the beginning of this twisted tale which is dark. Beware any TW’s or jump in if this is your jam. I’m totally swimming in the deep end and can hardly wait to see what happens, especially after the cliffhanger Eve left us with.

Turmoil and emotional upheaval is ripe in the second book of this series. My heart ached for both parties as they struggled with their current fate and it also leapt with joy for those who surround them. Warren truly pulled at my emotions with this latest addition to the Midnight Dynasty series.

In this latest book, Eva Morelli proves over and over again how she is the master of holding the entire Morelli family together. She is calm, cool, and collected in every situation, even when her own life feels like it could collapse at any moment. Upon finding out she is pregnant with Finn Hughes baby, a child he didn’t know about when they parted ways, but one that he was very clear about in never wanting, Eva knows she is keeping the child. Considering Eva has always put her family above her own needs, even above dating, she looks at this child as a blessing and perhaps her one chance to have a family of her own, even if it doesn’t include the father.

Eva’s strength throughout the book is something to behold. Not only is she there for her family, and I LOVE the special moments with her family…they are probably my favorite of any book within the Midnight Dynasty series yet. Eva is strong when she’s with Finn and his family too. She is a woman who could take on the world with poise and grace and I totally adore her character.

Finn on the other hand, is beside himself throughout this entire book. He’s always known about the genetic possibility of falling into his family’s curse and he’s never wanted to pass that along to a child of his own. When he does find out that he’ll be a father, the emotional war upon himself is brutal. In turn he lashes out and isn’t the fun loving man we’ve come to know. He’s sinking and his normal ways of coping aren’t there because he’s done the one thing he also never thought he’d do…fall in love.

Two For the Show is brutally emotional and raw, but also full with some beautiful family moments. There is still more to come as this book ends on a cliffhanger. I can hardly wait to see what happens next.
