A lovely story about love and determination. Staying by the side of the one you love and love at first sight.

This book was packed with a lot of emotion for the short story it is. This is the first book I’ve read by Frankie Love so I’ve not been privy to the world she’s set up before, but with Faithful I didn’t need to. This story is a quick-to-fall-in-love story, but that is just the surface of where the story begins.

Jonah is a beautiful man with a big heart. You will fall in love with the man he is, even when the beginning seems a bit “fantastic”. However, even Jonah and Faith call out their own feelings as being storybook romantic. It doesn’t take long to know that Frankie has a destination in mind and something to reflect on.

Faith is a young woman who knows what she wants and she wants Jonah, but life doesn’t always work out the way you want.

Faithful was full of so much; lots of love, family, and a wonderful baby-daddy.

A slow burn served up in the second Odd Jobs book. Finally worth the wait when the fire sizzles!

Wyatt and Heather have been playing the relationship dance for years. Heather has been waiting for Wyatt to make the first move, while Wyatt has just been holding back. It has nothing to do with not being attracted to the beautiful woman, instead he feels Heather is way out of his league.

Heather is constantly torn by Wyatt’s hot and cold signals. As long as she’s wanted the man she can’t get a specific read on him, and she finally gets tired of waiting for him to make the first move. Taking things into her own hands she’s ready to take their relationship to the next level and get the man she wants. Wyatt.

Afraid of messing things up they each dance around each other instead of being honest and just forthcoming. They may never find out if they will actually work if they don’t take the time to actually break down the others armor and take the other one seriously.

Lots of catch up with Addison and Cole from Odd Jobs #1. Where Stay was the salt, Served was the sugar. A nice combo read.

I bounced with excitement as I neared the thick doors of the palatial monstrosity which had been my prison for the past twenty-one years. Z was out on a business trip. I’d be in and out, then gone, and would never again have to face the darkness in my father’s eyes.

As long as Z and I kept our distance, me in boarding school and him with his business, life allowed me to deny the truth. I was the rich socialite daughter of the illustrious Zane Carson, multi-millionaire who collected properties and corporations for sport. I dated who I wanted. As long as I didn’t sleep with married men or had my name splashed in the tabloids, Z and I maintained a peaceful coexistence.

My gaze flew to the men. Surprise fluttered in my belly that he would speak so crudely in front of company.

His fingers latched around my wrist, biting into the tender flesh. My free hand pulled at him, trying to loosen his grip, but my efforts were useless against the steel band of his fingers. He yanked me toward the men.
